Ali's personal Code of Conduct
Early on in her career as a sports dietitian, Ali set a personal code of conduct for herself:
Person before athlete
Improve health & wellbeing
Improve performance
Typically, if Ali does 1 and 2, then 3 will take care of itself. Ali has seen this play out in high performance environments time and time again over her 20+ year career.
